Although not required the Equipment section allows the Recipe Creator to fine tune the recipe statistics. To access the Equipment Profiles click on the Equipment button located in the top left section of the Recipe Creator.
In this section your can either type in information about your equipment including the equipment name, efficiency, hop utilization as well as notes about your equipment or you can select from equipment profiles that are already available in the Recipe Creator. For this example we will be using a Pico C to brew with so we would click the Select Equipment Profile button to display the equipment profiles.
Next you would select the Pico C (Picobrew Pico C) profile from the list.
After selecting the equipment profile click the Load Profile button.
The equipment profile has now been loaded into the recipe and the Equipment name, Efficiency, Hop Utilization and notes have all been filled in for you.
